FCC urged to allow choice in apartment and condo broadband service

The Internet and competitive networks association Incompas on Wednesday filed comments with the FCC saying its members are often asked to participate in revenue-sharing agreements or are denied access to “multi-tenant environments” because agreements between the historical supplier and the management of the building.
