(Nasdaq: RBBN), a global provider of real-time communications software and optical IP networking solutions for service providers, enterprises and critical infrastructure industries, today announced that IPS, a leading international connectivity service provider for CSPs, leverages Ribbon Apollo Optical Network solution to power 100Gigabit Ethernet (100GbE) services delivered over terrestrial and submarine cables from Manila at hong kong and Singapore.
