Real-time broadband connection support for cable car project in Toulouse, France

Toulouse is the third French city to build an urban gondola lift and the first city in the world to implement cable car connectivity for pure public transport purposes on a three kilometer urban route.
SEMER needed a robust wireless solution to support a range of services when cable cars travel through a very noisy radio frequency (RF) environment, with multiple weather radars in their path. RADWIN was chosen after connectivity and coverage testing, with a focus on ensuring continuity of service regardless of interference or harsh conditions.
